There is no liability protection for the injection receiver (injectionee). If you are one of those who keel over dead right after the injection tough shit. You cannot sue the people who killed you. You can sue your employer for requiring an injection as condition of employment that subsequently caused you harm. Employers are libel for harm they cause. Make your employer give you in writing that they require the injection and your relatives can sue them after you are dead.
