The staff at ABC News seems to be having difficulty with both their geography and their science.

Hey Tony, I love your work. I'm back after some issues with connection and getting posted??? So I live on an Island and it has the Coral Sea /Pacific down the East side. Also the Indian Ocean on the other it is the Island ? continent of Australia. So lets get real here. The Pacific Is the RING OF FIRE! Volcanoes and Earth Quake central. Oh a link to the Maldives You are 100% correct Indian Ocean. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwi9j76pl9z6AhWU1zgGHdMhBYsQFnoECE0QAQ&url=https%3A%2F%2Fen.wikipedia.org%2Fwiki%2FMaldives&usg=AOvVaw3m9UBpH4VoPucc54zSRCDd. But back to low ground and the constant talk of islands going under. Australia has the Largest sand Islands in the World. Fraser Island. https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=fraser+island . Stradbrooke Island now North and South and Morton Island. Australia has inland's that are lower than Sea level. Most rock Islands in the pacific are larger now which means they have either risen (possible) or the Sea has lowered. I don't believe the seas have dropped ! Why because for the 49 years I have been going fishing and watching tides not much change at all. Also visually on the Coast Line. There is a place called 1770 - Agnes Water (two places side by side. It's where the Tall ships landed the Boats. I think the 1770 gives that away. Beautiful place white sands clear water and has the Barrier Reef off shore (lower end). I would post a picture if I could. Let me just say, that Volcanic /Earth Quake activity has in creased. The Pacific is very vulnerable, As are both Australian East Coast and West Coast America's. Apparently .. The West coast has been found to have risen 30 feet higher than first thought by satellites. Just as the mouth of Old Faithful is much larger instead of 7 across miles it's 30 miles. (Satellite again). Look I am NO Tony ! But the information I have been finding is telling me the Core of the planet is being or has been heated. Hence the more active Volcanic trend. Check out this link. Brilliant! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sZZVVwqZ0rs

Who in their right mind elects people that are so daft? Hank wins the idiot award of the year. Whyen you think no one can get any dumber, there is always someone just a bit dumber, then the one you were complaining about. Hank wins the day until I find someone even dumber then he is.

Tony, this video was removed from Youtube, "by the uploader" as the message says. Did you remove it or did YouTube censorship remove it?

It would seem to me that rep. hank johnson is a retard. He can not even for a normal thought, ummm, and ummm, I believe, the island will tip over!! what a buffoon.

He probably read somewhere that increasing the slenderness of a ship leads to roll instability, but is too stupid to understand that this applies only to floating objects. Likewise, wise fools have noted that different atmospheric gases have different transmissivities at certain wavelengths, but fail to notice that the attenuation only applies along lines of sight, and does not apply to a uniform radiative flux.

Re: Martha's Vineyard, housing could be solved by limiting the size of residential lots, and insisting on 'affordable housing' be erected like it is in so many small towns on the mainland. But like green projects we don't like those things within view of our palatial estates.
