The case rate is now on a decline in b.c. the hospitalization numbers are quite low as a percentage of total reported cases. Of course real omicron numbers are much higher than reported because for most it's very mild and such.
As for Vax vs. nonvaxed the numbers are mild for both and the rate of cases for both are more equal than not.
