The message is a warning to German politicians who push for the war. He meant to say "February 24th", not "September". A simple slip of the tongue that fake truthers wet themselves over.

Slip of the tongue. He is anti Germany's support of Ukr with weapons. And he warns that in the future people will remember FEBRUARY 24, 2022. But I got the feeling you don't care, because the bare minimum of research - i. e. a 10 second Google search would have told you so.
