That, and what kind of CURRENT FLOW does produce -- was a clamp meter used on a circuit with that "battery"? Also, electricity can, indee, flow through a person without injuring them, when the voltage is required is low: it'll just take the path of least resistance, such as across the epidermis, as the skin is a conductor.
