You need more than very clever steam engine work to make a bot make snap decisions when boxing. You need perceptic devices and a very apt processor to analyse and decide. And that didn't exist in these years. Somebody did some extensive photoshop work here. And you think it would be mentioned in any Jack Johnson bio if he had done something that unusual as fighting a robot. And there would be not one robot but a multitude and we would have heard by our grand parents that robots were part of society. That said, I do believe that our real history is being hiden from us and that we're living in a made up world for us downtroder slaves. That much I know. But the time of truth is near.
