Brandy Vaughan used to work as a sales rep for pharmaceutical giant Merck. Brandy sold Vioxx, a painkiller that later was found to double the risk of stroke and heart attacks and eventually taken off the market. When she discovered that her employer knew this all along, she became a whistle blower and started doing more research about her industry. She formed a non-profit called Learn the Risk and became very outspoken about 'educating people WORLDWIDE on the dangers of pharmaceutical products, including vaccines and unnecessary medical treatments'. After sustaining a years long campaign of harassment she was discovered dead by her 9 year old son on December 8, 2020. The cause of death is under investigation. Last year, she made Facebook post stating that: “I’ve NEVER had any thoughts of taking my own life, not once, ever. Even before I had my son.” She said she has sole custody of her son and “he needs me as much as I need him. I would NEVER think of leaving him for a second.
