It's all BS, and you know it. Everybody sheds and this process goes on if you're infected or not. The reason is because this natural process stabilizes everyone's immunity with all communities, the Lord wasn't stupid. He wasn't going to allow one person's immunity to over power another person's immunity. A natural cold or flu builds up everyone's immune system. Think, if you never caught a cold in 20 years, what do you think would happen when you do ? If your immune system never had to work for 20 years, how effective do you think it would be when it is needed ? Another example, I bought a package of underwear and stored them for 20 years when I discovered them again. Guess what, the elastic was no good, and I had to throw them out.
