This is why: 1) I put up the "Dog Poop Cam." 2) I put out my garbage cart after dark. (I should probably wait for my composting cart as well.) 3) I bring in my carts immediately after pickup. 4) I generally dislike dog people. 5) Every time I take a four to five mile walk, I see a bag of dog poop in the gutter, on the sidewalk, or in someone's yard about every mile or two.
