I would never go along, it would be completely against my nature to! I do believe though that the weak minded, those that have absolutely no confidence in themselves, and that feel the need to be liked by others, would do almost anything to be part of a group. Sheeplike!
This is a very, very brief excerpt from the study, obviously. All kinds of people were chosen at random for it, and not everybody would have gone along because they wanted to be a member of the group. They just showed this one person as an example but I'm sure the majority of people actually went along with the group. The video would have been more interesting if they would show more examples, especially of people that didn't go along, and show an interview of them afterwards when they are told that they were the only one that wasn't in on it.
