It was suppose to be a real pandemic with Billions of people dead but a lab tech. in Wuhan knew about the scheme and waited until the batch would go to the processing plant where she destroyed it, killing herself and 60,000 other people in China. The secondary virus is nothing but a bad Flu, it's not the bio-weapon that was intended to be here. Right now, China's breaking their neck trying to control the secondary virus and they'll be a few more years before they recover.
