The global warming advocates went nuts with the heat we had in western Canada last year. This year, we have been at least five degrees Celsius below the norm with far more rainfall than usual throughout the whole spring and into the early summer now, and of course, the global warming proponents are silent. Today, July 4th, we reached a high of around 14° C where normally by this time of year we should be seeing temperatures in the high 20s, and I'm sitting in my house wearing a heavy sweater and insulated pants to stay warm because there have been so few days of weather above the 20° C that are required to warm up the inside of my house without turning my furnace on.
