When baby formula batches test positive for e.sakzaki and other bacteria the formula must be destroyed under FDA/USDA/EPA rules. It cannot be used as animal food as it used to be. Not necessarily anything conspiratorial.
This is true. There is no way to know if these were legit product or tainted/expired product but it is puzzling why its being destroyed openly like this.
