If the intention is to combat 'global warming', why the hell are they spraying over land which has a higher albedo than the sea? To maximise their effect it would seem more rational to concentrate their efforts over the oceans, unless of course the objective is to destroy soil fertility. Holdren, and his Malthusian cronies, really need their crackpot 'population bomb' narrative to come true by hook or by crook. Their egos are much more important than the well-being of humanity.
They will go to such extremes, yet refuse to re-visit , or even debate, the completely bogus theory on which the entire global warming scare is based. This is propped up, even to the extent of tampering with weather data, to perpetuate a myth.
